I also agree to hold Greenstar Plumbing Corp harmless for parts deemed corroded, unusable or unreliable to perform proposed work and agree to all agreement conditions & further acknowledge that this invoice is due upon receipt. If payment is not received, Greenstar Plumbing Corp reserves the right to remove item(s) installed at property owners expense. 40% of balance due will be added if goes to collections.
